I love that we have such distinct seasons here at the Mill. In general winters are cold but mild with many people wishing for icy days so they can skate on the canals, like they could a couple years ago. Here, Han shows us how it's done!
This winter has been rainy and windy with some beautiful crisp days thrown in that feel extra glorious! Our guests this time of year enjoy a change of pace, cozying up to a warm fire with tea lights and recharging their batteries. If they feel up to venturing into Alkmaar or Amsterdam they get to visit the museums and shops without the crowds which is a very special treat.
